How To Work HubSpot ("Digital") Leads

Leads are auto-assigned to you

In this training, you will learn how to work leads that have been automatically assigned to you via digital form submissions on www.bravidamedical.com depending on what state and product the customer chose

1. Open “Leads” dashboard by clicking “Leads” then the drop down arrow to select your name. 

2. Open a Lead you want to work in your list.

3. "Take Ownership" of the lead to claim it. Even though the lead was assigned to you, it is not a lead until you begin working it and take ownership of it.

4. After working the lead, change its status to either “Working”, “Unqualified” or “Converted”

So to recap - a lead needs to be

1) Taken ownership of
2) Marked Working, Unqualified, or Converted to an Opportunity

That’s it! That’s all you need to do for a “Lead”
