How To Make Your Own Data Filter

Using Views

Introduction:

We are going to create a filterable view so you can parse your data however you'd like. In this example, we will specifically parse it for a product category.

Step 1) Click "Opportunities" at the top.

Step 2) Click the gear icon and click "New" to create a new filter

Step 3) name your new list view, and decide if you want to share it or have it only for your visibility

Step 4) Now you can choose a field to filter by. In this case, we will choose "Product Category"

Step 5) Now we will select what to do with the field. In this case, we want to choose "Equals"

Step 6) Select the value of what the "Product Category" should "Equal".. in this case, we'll choose CathGrip

Now all the data on the "Opportunities" view that you created (seen below) will filter the data. Please choose "My Opportunities" to go back to your regular view.
