How to utilize Encyro Email Add-in

This article will explain how a new user can access and utilize the Encyro "Secure Email" add-in.

How to sign up for the Add-In



  1. Navigate to google, and search for “Encyro”

    Select the first link, and on the homepage, select “Sign up.”

  2. Sign up for a new account with Encyro.

  3. Remember your password – write it down. I will not be able to recover your individual passwords once they are created for Encyro.

    Hit “I’m not a robot” and continue.

  4. Once signed up, you will have 2 options to use Encyro.

OPTION ONE

 

  1. Open your web browser and search for "Encyro Login."

  2. Once in your Mailbox in Encyro, you'll be able to use it like Outlook. "Compose" a message, add a "To" at the top, documents/text, and Send.

  3. Once you select "Send," your email will send securely to the specified user.

OPTION TWO

  1. Open a new email and expand it, find the "Encyro" button on your Outlook Taskbar.

    Select it, and on the banner that opens to your right log in using the credentials made in Steps 2/3 under the "How to sign up for the Add In" section.

  2. Insert the pertinent message details - text, documents, etc. and select "Insert."

  3.  In the usual Outlook message, compose it like normal with your “To” and Subject.
    Please keep all secure content in the step before with “Insert.” Do not add any extra content once you hit “Insert”.

    Your email will look like this.

     If it does? Send it. The recipient will be able to utilize the link shown in the email, to access the secured content.
